Image Studio Mobile Acquisition for C-DiGit app for iPhone and iPad

Image Studio Mobile Acquisition for C-DiGit is an app that can acquire images from a LI-COR® C-DiGit® Blot Scanner. This convenient app allows you to acquire a chemiluminescent Western blot image from your C-DiGit Blot Scanner, adjust the brightness and contrast, and then share (export) the data with your office computer for full analysis using Image Studio software. You do not have to attach a computer to your C-DiGit, and your mobile device now functions as a safe and convenient alternative to USB keys.

• Ability to adjust image intensity using Image Chooser and Image Adjust tools
• Ability to share raw image files with office computer for data analysis using e-mail, iTunes® File Sharing or Dropbox.
• Ability to save 8-bit image files to Photos section of the iOS device
Requirements
• This app requires access to a C-DiGit Blot Scanner from LI-COR (not included).
• This app requires your mobile device and the C-DiGit blot scanner to be on the same local network.
• An isolated network may be setup between your mobile device and the C-DiGit Blot Scanner using an Apple Airport Express (optional).
• Full analysis of the acquired images requires either Image Studio Software for C-DiGit or Image Studio Lite software from LI-COR (www.licor.com/islite)
